Acceptance of Terms
By using the fincy website or app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using fincy's services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. fincy is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from creating an account or using the platform in any capacity.
Fincy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration Terms
To create an account on fincy, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be closed immediately.
If any information provided at registration changes, you are required to notify fincy immediately. Creating an account with false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and PIN strictly confidential. fincy will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat — any such request is a sign of fraud.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team. Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it is strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification (KYC)
For withdrawals above a certain amount, fincy may require identity verification (KYC). This may involve submitting your national ID, date of birth, or other supporting documents.

Account Suspension & Closure
